By using this website, submitting an inquiry, or purchasing the product, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from this page. If you do not agree, do not use the website or complete the purchase.

You may use the website only for lawful purposes and may not interfere with its security, operation, or availability.

The product is the MQ + Kafka Modernization Decision Kit v2.0, supplied as a downloadable ZIP containing reusable assessment materials. The price is $79 USD + applicable tax. Checkout displays the final amount before you confirm payment.

After successful payment, Stripe redirects your browser to the secure delivery page. Automatic access remains available for 30 days and permits up to ten completed downloads. You should save and back up the ZIP during that period. Your authorised use remains permanent after you save the file, subject to the included single-user license.

The ZIP includes the complete Version 2.0 license. In summary, MarSemIT LLC grants the named purchaser a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Use the kit for the purchaser’s own internal assessments.
• Use it in consulting assessments personally delivered by the purchaser.
• Modify the workbook, findings deck, and written outputs for those assessments.
• Provide clients with the purchaser’s completed assessment outputs.

You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, publish, or share the unmodified kit; give another person or organisation a reusable copy of its source materials; remove copyright or product-origin notices; or imply endorsement by IBM, the Apache Software Foundation, Confluent, or any named client.

Additional users, shared team libraries, training redistribution, white-label resale, or incorporation into another commercial product require a separate written license from MarSemIT LLC. Contact [email protected] for expanded licensing.

This kit is decision-support material for qualified practitioners. It does not replace an environment-specific architecture or security review, legal or regulatory analysis, capacity and failure testing, change control, or vendor support.

Scores, thresholds, effort assumptions, and sizing outputs are tunable planning inputs. You are responsible for calibration, testing, independent validation, and appropriate approval before using a recommendation for production or business decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the product and website are provided “as is” without warranties, and MarSemIT LLC is not responsible for production changes or business decisions made without independent validation.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, statutory warranty, refund right, or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited where you live.

Checkout and payment services are provided by Stripe, including Link where selected. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we do not control their content or availability.

IBM, Apache Kafka, the Apache Software Foundation, Confluent, and other names and marks belong to their respective owners. Their mention describes compatibility or subject matter and does not imply endorsement.

We may update these terms prospectively as the website or product offering changes. The current version will be posted here with a revised “Last updated” date. Changes do not reduce rights already attached to a completed purchase where applicable law prohibits that result.
